Evenly apply To Have & To Hold throughout soaking wet hair, staying away from the scalp. Scrunch to remove excess water or air dry. Once hair is 100% dry, scrunch again for bouncy, frizz-free curls or waves.

For best results, use The Mane Squeeze Leave-In Curl Primer before applying.
