Shipping Information

At Curls Are Fun, we are committed to delivering your favourite hair care products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy before completing your purchase.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time 

  • We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 on all orders.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier delays, and other external factors beyond our control.  

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.  

Shipping Carriers & Responsibility

  • We use [insert shipping carriers, e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.] to ensure safe delivery.
  • Curls Are Fun is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers, or lost/stolen packages after delivery.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbours.  

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds.  

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us at leah@tokiterritory within 7 days with photos, and we will assess whether a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
